Mõigu House is located at: Helgi tee 2, Peetri alevik, Rae vald, Harjumaa. The property is bordered by Mõigu Industrial Park and is well visible from Tartu highway.
Mõigu House is a 3-storey complex with a total area of 4000 m². The building has a footprint of 20 x 45 m.
The building has been designed with a specific concept, which takes into account the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The goal is to provide a compact solution that includes an office space, a sample room, and a storage area for goods and materials.
We see as our clients-tenants companies that deal with brokering or storage of small or medium-sized merchandising, or with provision of services that require a warm and moisture-proof warehouse.

Technical communications – modern, with Internet, TV, and telephone connections that are of adequate quality and capacity.
Entrances – entry into the building and premises is guaranteed 24 hours a day with a secure and convenient keycard system.
Security – all rooms are equipped with an alarm and all the entrances and corridors have video surveillance.
Heating – air heat pumps and gas heating (low heating costs are guaranteed).
Bearing structure – concrete pillars and inserted ceilings made of concrete slabs.
Exterior wall materials – glass facade combined with sandwich panels.
(net height) – 1st floor: 5.5 m; 2nd floor: 3.0 m; 3rd floor: 3.0 m.
Cargo elevator – with dimensions of 2 x 2.5 m / 1500 kg load capacity, transports goods on EUR-pallets easily to the 2nd and 3rd floor.
Parking – free parking on the property of Mõigu House. There are plenty of parking spaces – about 65–70 spaces.

Additional services:

Goods loading and storage service : the building operator has lifting and in-house transport and storage equipment needed for loading and unloading of EUR-pallets and other goods. Therefore, the tenants of Mõigu House don’t need to hire a warehouse worker or acquire the necessary lifting equipment.

Public warehousing services : In Mõigu House, it is possible to issue and receive goods in agreement with the operator of the building, even without the tenant’s presence. If necessary, you can also arrange the delivery and receipt of goods using temporary storage.

The construction of the building is scheduled to start in April/May 2015 and will be completed January/February 2016.
